Here we are again.
Would you have ever imagined that?
Right after the summer holidays when people lay on the beach, steal sun in the park, hide under the palms’ or either the huge oak’s shadow it is time to renew our wardrobe and refresh the usual abused winter coat. Some of us use to keep it under the bed, together with an awful amount of rubbish that we are going to list in the following paragraphs:
The second Under My Bed Compilation, Broken Keyboards Tapes Kept Under My Bed, is on the road to be completed. Do you know what a pain in the arse it could be to collect all the contribution for a compilation?..... this is even worst when respective electronic devices are not working... but we love them anyway! Features: Banda Minima, ONQ, Bosvelt, Morose, Skoda, Potato sld, Pirmin. Eniac, Punck, Roccu, V1tro, ENT, Killerfish, Schlock, 'mbromo, Purusha.
[Still available is the ‘old’ Mixed Tapes Kept Under My Bed, in the last copies with the present design...a new one will come soon... surprise surprise ]
Also available ‘My Love, A Definition’, the split release by THEfogINtheSHELL and My Dear Killer, who said A Waitress. A slumber TheSHELL said instead. It contains sketches of new material from My Dear Killer recorded during the last staying in his hometown, looking for the comfort of the MafarKa BoX and the usual tape recorder. THEfog INtheSHELL contribution, is a mixture of live, rehearsal and most common, for him, bedroom recordings
In advanced state of realisation is ‘I am vertical’ a tribute to Sylvia Plath. This consist of a short CD, featuring 3 bands, playing two song, with the same title and the same lyrics {I am vertical}, and an instrumental theme, called ‘but I’d rather be horizontal’. The bands are The Frozen Fracture, Buio Omega, and Morose. It is going to be released in the second half of December. We think it is a perfect Christmas present. Isn’t it? {...if you want to be deliberately dumped by your girlfriend...}
5 pezzi facili: This is our first collection of coupled split/EPs. Featuring a pair of bands plaing either instrumental or more regular songs. Here are some of the couples: ONQ/Lorca, Cary Quant/Uber, TheFrozenFracture/ThePopperPop, THEfogINtheSHELL/Jumpingcherries, and a mysterious missing couple...
The 3-split THEfogINtheSHELL/Wynona/ONQ, playing respective cover version, but also including originals, some in new form, some other taken from elder released is also going on rather rapidly, and will be eventually before the end of the winter. This is the first of what we hope long partnership with Hoboken and Ouzel records.
We are also proud of being part of the sindacate which is going to release the new Morose full length album ‘la mia ragazza mi ha lasciato’. The recordings and mixing are though to be completed in a couple and we hope it will be out very soon
And at least we have another couple of weird ideas for the nearest future:
